A customer has up to 30 days to contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any errors on the purchase. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RMA number. Manager approval is required for any returns after 30 days (subject to a higher restocking fee).
Returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or Jeske Company error are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Special Orders are not returnable and may not be cancelled once the order has been placed with the vendor.
In all instances, the product must be returned in salable condition, in the original packaging and inside an outer carton.
All claims for shortage and/or damaged goods must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
